What warranties do you include?
All parts and equipment include a warranty directly from the manufacturer, all claims must originate through them. We also provide a 2-year labor warranty.
Do you handle warranty service or would we need to engage the manufacturer or another third party?
After installation you can send warranty requests to us directly. We are set up to warranty all manufactures however they have to provide their approval.

We do not include that. In most cases we will not need to remove any dirt as it will be used to regrade the yard from any new elevations.
Do you work directly with the inspectors?
Yes, we will handle inspections, as it is part of the permitting process.
Can you share details on the base and backfill?
The back fill for all pools is clean #57 and #9 limestone. We also include a sump beside each pool for ground water.

We store the pool at our office in Hilliard and ship from here.

It depends on the heater choice. A heat pump draws more than a gas heater. We would like to have 100 amp at the panel but can get down to 60 amp if needed.

We install a sub panel that also has automation built into it.

Yes, we provide the initial water fill. Opening is part of the build, we do not include closing.
