Our family had a beautiful pool installed in November 2024 by Omni Pools and Scapes. We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. Omni took our old, worn-out backyard and turned it into a place that we are proud to invite family and friends to. They installed a two-tiered concrete patio and walkway in addition to a water feature and a built-in grill with a bar. I highly recommend Omni. We searched high and low for a one-stop shop for design and construction for our in-ground pool AND hardscape/landscape project and chose Omni after an exhaustive search. Omni proved to be a company of the highest integrity, standing behind their work and making things right when they didn't go quite as planned at first - which will happen on larger projects like this one. Jason and his team were responsive, and ensured I was satisfied at every milestone along the way. We used Omni for our design phase (their 3D VR design room is very cool!) to bring our project to virtual life before ever breaking ground. Our project involved: an in-ground pool on a hillside with over 120 feet of stone retaining wall, pool deck and patio laid in Travertine pavers, wood pavilion poolside, re-laying and expanding a separate existing paver patio, and the complete renovation of a large existing deck from wood to composite. Everything turned out beautiful, and we've been enjoying the finished product all summer.

We interviewed several pool companies before deciding to go with Omni. What set them apart was that they didn’t start the process by asking us what kind of pool we wanted. They asked us what our dream for our backyard space was, how we wanted to use it, what was important to us. They were the only company to propose exactly what we had hoped to achieve with our space. The 3D renderings were a great touch as we could truly visualize the completed space. These guys are just awesome from beginning to end. They kept us well informed of what was going on, cleaned up after themselves daily, played with our dogs and actually felt like family throughout the process. We just love our pool and so do our dogs! We had a sun deck put in just for them. I would definitely recommend them to build your pool. They sit down with you and explain everything; they design your pool area and make suggestions where needed to help maintain your budget and meet HOA restrictions. The steps, decking, liner, everything is just beautiful. I wish we had more room for a bigger pool as they are so creative. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope we can do more business with them in the future.
