As a Construction Team Member, you'll work closely with Project Managers to complete daily tasks across a range of specialties. This is a great opportunity for a multi-skilled individual experienced in construction, pool service, and outdoor projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
• Perform pool service duties, including water chemistry maintenance
• Assist in landscaping, fence installation, carpentry, concrete work, and power washing
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Adapt to changing priorities and project needs

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in pool service and water chemistry required
• Hands-on experience in general construction and/or landscaping preferred
• Ability to take direction and follow through with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
